• Training including; courses in ITIL, Integrated Logistic Support, Training Needs Analysis, Course Development and Delivery.

MSL has gained experience across a wide spectrum of industries and projects from Emergency Services, Telecoms and Broadcasting, Local Government, Oil, Aircraft and Motor Industries to Worldwide Defence Customers and Contractors. The experience has been gained across all phases of procurement and support and includes the design and development of Service Desks, Service catalogues, SLA's, review of system designs for ease of maintenance, support planning, the development of supporting documentation (plans, procedures and spares requirements), project management, tender preparation and review.
